dTweet Child Safety Standards

1. Introduction

dTweet, developed by cfa532, has zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). These standards explain how we prevent and respond to content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children.

2. Prohibited Activities

Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) is explicitly prohibited on dTweet. Users must not use dTweet to create, upload, store, share, request, promote, or distribute:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including real, computer-generated, or altered visual depictions.
• Content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a child.
• Child grooming or solicitation of sexual activity involving a child.
• Sexualization of children.
• Sextortion involving a child.
• Trafficking or solicitation of a child for sexual exploitation.
• Any attempt to obtain, access, or distribute a child's sexual or intimate imagery.

3. User Reporting

Users should report suspected CSAE or CSAM through either of these channels:

• In-app reporting: Send a direct message to the @developer account.

4. Enforcement and Response

Reported content and accounts may be reviewed. Content or behavior that violates these standards may be removed or restricted, and responsible accounts may be suspended or permanently terminated. When we obtain actual knowledge of suspected CSAM or CSAE, we will take appropriate action in accordance with applicable law, including reporting confirmed material to the appropriate regional authority when legally required.

5. Data Privacy and Security

We are committed to protecting user data and preventing the misuse of our app for harmful purposes. We collect only necessary user data, use it for the purposes stated in our Privacy Policy, apply security measures to prevent unauthorized access, and comply with applicable privacy laws.

6. Age Restrictions

dTweet is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. This age restriction does not change our zero-tolerance policy toward CSAE or our responsibility to respond to prohibited content and behavior.

7. Cooperation with Authorities

We will cooperate with law enforcement agencies and relevant child-safety authorities in investigations of suspected CSAE as required by applicable law.
